I was absolutely shocked! I’ve never received customer service like this:( (and I can see from other negative reviews that he is going to try to demonize me). I asked VERY NICELY after two days of waiting if I could possibly get my order today (and am happy to provide the entire email conversation; please keep in mind that they say they can do same day delivery and I paid them yesterday morning).
The gentleman who owns the company called me on the phone to berate me, telling me my order doesn’t meet their $40 minimum (it did) and that I lived in Sherwood park (I don’t?) so I wouldn’t be getting my order on time because he was obviously going to prioritize “bigger orders”. A simple “look, I’m sorry for the delay. We are down a driver and I am trying my best. We will get your order to you ASAP”. And I would have waited a week for them! I just wanted to know what was going on and was told that my order was not good enough, berated aggressively on the phone (I have PTSD and had an anxiety attack upon getting off the phone because this person was SO unprofessional and aggressive). THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD PEOPLE IN THIS COMMUNITY WHO WANT TO HELP YOU PLEASE READ THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND WATCH HOW THIS PERSON RESPONDS THEY ARE NOT KIND AND I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO RECONSIDER SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE.
