Great spot with multiple locations I love the knowledge and fast efforts provided

I went in got the first time patient special buy one get one I bought 2 and got 2 free great deal so I left with 4 but the buy on get one is only on the in house blend cartridges but either way a deal the waiting room is nice and serene the back was professional and organized with decent selection so I made my purchase and left ....I went Home content with my deal and my visits to them screwed on one cartridge and it worked great for about 2 hours and then it stopped drawing and no vapor came out thought it was weird made a note call them to see if anything can be done put my second cartridge in and it worked aswell for about to hours same thing happened so I charged my Jupiter pen battery thinking maybe that was the issue still neither cartridge worked I’m confused as to why but I’m reaching out to them via email and will await their response to see what can be done about the 2 wasted cartridges that don’t work and honestly I don’t want the 2 unopened sealed house blends anymore for fear that they too will break and leave me in the same boat ....depending on what they say and how this situation is handled I will write another review and rate so stay tuned!!
