I am a veteran and I was a loyal customer and spent a substantial amount of money with rx-c over the course of almost a year and never ordered from any other collective. I was supposed to receive a free gram for spending $100 and received the wrong strain and they took it back instead of offering it free as a result of their mistake, and told me I would have to wait until the next day to receive the right gram. Anyway I called to express my disappointment to the owners and all they did was argue back and give me attitude and told me to find another dispensary! They are horrible business owners, very unprofessional to argue with a loyal customer and then tell them they don't want their business!! Do not give these people your business because they do not care about yours.
