Overall super solid spot and happy to live close by, will be frequenting this location. Quality and selection is strong, they have some lower tier buds I wouldn't have gotten for myself, but the prices are low too so no complaints there. They have good higher end product as well. Service was great, I liked the staff a lot. Atmosphere was not at all bad and I was quite comfortable, but the benchmark is getting higher.

Atmosphere is truly great, the spot has a comfortable and classy feel which nothing else in Portland comes close too. Imagine if The Modern Man, Bye and Bye and similar trendy Portland style spots had a baby in the form of a dispensary, this is it. Truly a cut above the rest in terms of overall vibe. Good service, the bud tenders know their stuff for sure, but aren’t overly scientific and preachy about stuff like at some other spots. The flower selection is very strong. Prices are average, not the cheapest in town but they have solid daily specials (picked up a half of some purple diesel for $50 on opening day). Have been in a couple times now and will be coming back regularly.

Most helpful and knowledgeable staff I've found at a dispensary hands down. They have test results for all the strains out in a book which is nice. The flower is good, 4/5 but very good for the price. Good rewards too. Has become my main spot.
