There's alot of assumptions going around this place. I assume that I will ask questions and then assume the answers I get are accurate. NOT! I have called several times regarding their product only to be treated like I am clueless as to what qualifies a particular strain and how it should look. I assure you I am not! I assume that when I purchase a product I will give them my hard earned cash and I will receive the product I researched and selected and the product would match in description and weight. NOT! Been coming here a few months and maybe twice they got the product right. What I've been getting is dried beyond ability to roll as it crumbles to dust and falls out! The buds are so tiny it's ridiculous! And, the weight is always below the amount indicated. Latest purchase of an eighth weighed in at a whopping 2.1!!! The budtenders assume, and I must say boldly, that any and all change is their tip! NOT! This last time (and I do mean last time) I paid the budtender and was to get $5 in change. When she returned with my package she blatantly informed me that she ASSUMED the change was her tip and for us to have a nice day...I quickly advised her to never assume, especially here, and to retrieve my change. She had to go back in to get it. Usually 3 times the charm but not here...extremely dissappointed!

This was my go to dispensary. However not so much anymore. The security group are rude and incompetent! The wait is always 40-50 minutes and if you don't check your bag you are screwed as they can't seem to get the order right. I'm finding for the money the product just isn't equivalent. The bid tenders are super nice however they are so short staffed that some of them wonder the parking lot looking like they are lost. Dissappointment abound. Flower Bowl but you need to step up your game!
