first off the people there are pretty cool, so this review is more of a big picture view from a customer/business perspective. there are now two other dispensaries in newberg for this location to contend with. both of which do two things better. 1 they offer first time promotions for customers(including rec), and 2 they have a simple menu for rec users with a breakdown of total cost, i.e. tax worked in for you. it seems small but to not have that worked out for your customers is just a bit lazy. IMO. they do have a 30% off area but it's low percentage always. it doesn't make you feel like your getting a deal it feels like your straight up get low quality on the cheap. unfortunately for them too their parking lot is a nightmare. small cramped just super sucks. not their fault though. so basically the staff is great though always friendly. so I'd give a better review if two things happened. special promotions for rec users also, and clear easy to see pricing. thanks

good selection and pricing for the area. staff were helpful. rec prices worked into menu for easy shopping. good experience overall.
