I actually ended up canceling my order. The person who answered the phone, while very knowledgable- was extremely condescending and rude. I am a novice when it comes to this stuff and I felt belittled and discouraged because of her tone and the way she phrased things. As a result, I took my business elsewhere. I did not get her name but she has a very high pitched voice and was working on 12/8/15 and I called around 6pm. I own my own business and if I spoke to a client the way she spoke to me I would not have a clientele.
