I called ahead of time and was told how to order my product on line through Leafly. Matthew was very clear and accommodating. When I got there, I waited outside as there was a line. Social distancing was reinforced by the personnel, who were great. The cashier wasn’t very articulate in terms of telling me how to use the vape pen or anything. I called Matthew over and he was great. Explained how to use, etc. The product is amazing, but the cashier needs to get it together to make it more of a seamless process. You have to learn to anticipate questions the consumer may have. I will go back again.
