This place has always been my favorite due to the amazing customer service EVERY time I go but today, they blew my mind! I made a mistake on my online order for BOGO jeeters, went home, noticed how bad I messed up but decided to give them a call! Savanna answered the phone & said "come on up with your receipt & let's see what we can do" without hesitation! I went to the online counter & they all were so nice & kind & understanding & definitely helped me out! Like i said, this place has always been a fav but they've definitely turned it up a notch. I'd recommend this location to anyone!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I specifically smoke Jeeters, Baby Jeeters to be exact. Strawberry Shortcake Baby Jeeters in the 5 pack. I will literally look at the deals DAILY & spend hundreds of dollars on sales around my area. I drove 30 mins to this location, for my 1st time. Only to find out, for some reason, the Strawberry Shortcake Jeeters (the only flavor she said) was medical only & I could not purchase it. I also bought a Bubblegum but I could buy that just fine. She advised me "it's because they're branding to little kids so they're putting their foot down". She kept repeating "I just can't sell it to you because they're putting their foot down". Yes, I could've got a flavor I don't like, but why should I spend my hard earned money for something I don't love. Can anyone tell me if this is accurate information? Is Jeeter limiting the Strawberry Shortcake to medical use only? I'm super curious to know if this is something I'll have to deal with in the future. I can tell you this fact, with her demeanor & how she spoke to me... I will not spend money at this location.
