Was told I could only buy four for the special on Jeeters I was told it was state law hum I have bought these same products at other dispensaries and had no problem buying more than 4 really just strait out lying to your customers won't be back.

I can't say for the product because we couldn't get into the store. I placed 2 orders 1 for me and one for a family member we only received an email stating that the store had received the orders 6 hrs later still no texts or emails on the orders tried to communicate thru the chat feature where I placed my order still nothing also tried calling got a recording. So we make the 45 min drive only to find that the place was so packed that there was no way I could physically get into the store , I'm in a wheelchair so much for being handicap acceptable. DO BETTER!!!

My last HORRID experience with ZEN, I'm disabled use a wheelchair and terminally ill and the topper a black out seizure disorder, the HELL began when we tried to park, [ been shopping here once a week they know me] we couldn't find the handicap placcard we were using my son's car, we were approached by the security guard had to move the car which put me in a VERY UNSAFE SITUTATION, just what your policy is suppose to protect ZEN? I was put into a position where I could be in danger just so your policy could be enforced, and then I was told by the manager I could take my business elsewhere because I tried to point out to him it was dangerous for me to be wheeled thru the blindspot parking lot he just got very irritated and started lashing out at me really? I have managed several businesses in my day and needless to say this would never even had a job with me no social skill at all walked away childish behavior I could go on but I've run out of words so this boomer is taking her bread and butter money and spending it where I'm treated with respect.

NEED MORE, I trashed my body yrs ago, tried everything for the pain and the nerve damage and lastly the seizures, once in a blue moon I find a strain that does it all and it never fails it's only around for a short time, just wish it was more readily available because I could stop eating some many pills.

male recep at front desk so RUDE, rude enough I don't care to go back, there's to many other options out there so why should I put up with rude dismissive people. The flower quality ? so far not impressed at all, you can get the same quality at any discount dispensary.

Staff is fairly knowledgeable, have some unique med conditions, have been shopping around to find a fit for me, so far out of the the five of so place I've tried it's the only one that where I feel safe, somebody is really trying to help me and not dump the "specials" on me. As for quality I gave it a 4 because for the most part it's fresh but do get the occasional "dry bag".

Have to admit was very leery about using a delivery system and new to it, boy was I wrong, I have used BBC a few times, can't say enough good about them, they understood my concerns and has been more than helpful and FAST!!! Product gets better every time, my new go to.
