Not having dealt with a great many different dispensaries, all I can say is that this one has been a lifesaver for me. The people have been great, and they've rarely let me down on meds. So not only have I found the place (including Don) pleasant to visit, reliable medication is a great help to me. Clones I've brought home from them have done well, too.
