Amazing facility and a decently nice staff, but horrible ftp policy with no way to even explain why. Patients who ask for an item that is 1/4th cheaper than what I wanted to pay for for my bogo is just flat out not smart. You be created a patient who will not recommend the shop nor will I return, due to a confusing policy that no one can make exceptions for even if it means profiting off of my choice. Terrible policy but cool atmosphere and my budtender was nice enough about the situation. Wouldn't recommend however.

great atmosphere, amazing product and I can't wait to get my hands on their flower. Soda and extracts are so on point though

after a few "okay" visits, I went back to claim the $28 "shatter/wax" to find out its only for a half gram. no big deal, not horrific pricing and pretty good Meds. but on my visit yesterday, even after Beelining to the oil display and making my choice in under 10 seconds, it took around 5 minutes to check out with all of 0 customers ahead of me. literally watched as the cashier walked around aimlessly, the guy who I think is the manager sit next to the cash register and count stuff while I stood there waiting quietly, missing the bus I was trying to be in and out to catch. to top off this luxurious experience of waiting around for literally no reason, I left to go visit another clinic nearby my house only to find out that Horizon failed to give me my card back. went back today and didn't even get a "sorry", just waved at as if nothing happened and a sarcastic reply to getting my card back, no makeup gift in the slightest. never going here again, horrible customer service and I'm

Awesome service. First delivery I've used and the delivery time was prompt and response time was even quicker. Quinn came over with a great selection of Vader flavors and some awesome looking edibles. snagged the cake in a jar and rice krispie as well as 2 grams of Vader. great service, great care, great pricing, will be ordering through them again for sure.
