The staff is nice, the selection isn’t great, and the prices are just ok. Patient obsession has to be key in order to create loyalty. Putting media in front of patient isn’t the right thing.
Terrible experience today for what’s been an ok relationship for about two years. Maybe it’s the Sunny side logo; I missed the mediar feel today.
POS system doesn’t work and today’s 20% discount was offset by a bud-tender who shorted me money after breaking $20.
I am changing up locations.
Nice guy, but come on.
