This location had a line to get inside but the line moved very quickly. The friendly staff and security officers were there to chat and answer any questions you have before you even go in to the main room with the bud tenders. Once inside, there is another line - do not fret, the bud tenders are not only informative and knowledgeable, but efficient too and kept the line moving. We were there during a busy time and the wait was so insignificant it had NO impact (negatively) on our experience. Our bud tender was Mikell. He was such a kind, patient guy. He walked my parents (newbies to bud) through all different options and was very knowledgeable and experienced with the different products and options. He made great recommendations and we left with a feeling that we were valued customers and we are looking forward to visiting again! Thank you, Mikell!
