They would not sell cbd tincture to a card holding Caregiver. My patient was needing relief for his degenerating back, and they would not sell me CBD (yes, no thc high desired) tincture, unless I loaded my patient in to car and subjected him to a painful car ride so he could sign a paper. Cold hearted.
