Repeated issues with medication being delivered significantly under weight (Up to 5 grams missing on a 45gram delivery). Their solution to this is to ask the patient to purchase a legal for trade scale. Something that costs at minimum $200. An expense that someone like myself on Ontario Disability with a fixed budget cannot afford. 3 out of 6 or 7 orders now have come under weight, past what the legal allowances are (up to 5% of the full order weight). 3 orders have also been delayed by Purolator and while that isn't an issue that Tilray is responsible for, it's still something that reflects on their service. The main issues I've been prescribed Cannabis for are Epilepsy, Severe anxiety, Stress, Depression and Body Pain. Missing medication is most likely one of the major reasons I've had more seizures recently, and their lack of caring about their patient's health has led to my levels of stress, anxiety and depression to go through the roof. Having my medication dispenser cause my medical issues is not a good place for me to be in, and I'm currently interviewing other Licensed Producers to make the switch to someone more interested in keeping their patients healthy and happy.
