Girl at the front messed up my phone order and had a little bit of an attitude when I pointed out my order was incorrect. I ended up having to wait until ALL other people were seen for them to fix it. They gave me a free pre roll for the inconvenience, but I do think it was something they could have easily fixed right away and not made me wait an extra 10 minutes, but these guys are my go-to and they almost never get stuff wrong.

I placed an online substantial sized order for different flowers and concentrates. I was notified that one of my choices was out, which is fine, it happens. I go and because they package everything behind the glass and counter, I can't see what's in my order. They ask for an amount (which is different than the original order because one of my concentrates was out), I pay, take the sealed bag and go home. Once I open my bag, I realize that I was given a preroll instead of a 1/4 oz of flower that I ordered (I paid for the preroll). I called and told the woman I didn't receive what I ordered, and she pretty much said, "We messed up but you paid for what you got, if you can get back here before 9, we can sell you the quarter". It was 8:50. It takes me over an hour for a trip to this dispensary. I was ready to spend a lot of money here and they let me down. It's just kind of sucky. I've given this place a lot of business. Other dispensaries take care of me way more for less. I'm just really disappointed with how it was handled when I was given and charged for something I didn't want after they already were out of something I ordered because they didn't update their menu.
