They have the most efficient shipping system. I order from other dispensaries and the product is comparable. The sales are great but you have to be careful not to order too far ahead as it's a bit dry sometimes so when you get to the bottom of the bag it's a lot of shake. Great customer service. Excellent shipping.

Terrible customer service

I tried to follow up on a Thursday an order that was placed on MONDAY. I received a reply from Jack basically telling me that he was too busy to check my order. Of course they failed to fill my order. This was the second time this year. On the Friday I was informed that my account would be closed because I was 'too much'. Yup. That's right. They closed my account for following up on my orders. Jack is not a good customer service person.
