I f’n love these people. They’re my absolute favorite. I feel fortunate to be able to come to this place, be helped, have a laugh, and have the best time ever doing it. I consistently get the same bud tender, which really is nice because they really develop a relationship with the patient. Some of us are patients, and some of us are definitely on the customer side. However, we all abuse our medicine every now and again (hehe). I had an exceptional experience with them in regards to a return. I purchased a Pax (highly recommend) and 2 cartridges. One of the cartridges was damaged. I called, and CC made it right. Originally, I was really bummed, as I drive 4 hours to this dispensary. I was really pleased with how they handled the situation. Because of the positive experiences I continue to have with Common Citizen, I will gladly spend the premium prices. If you’re looking for a classy and premium dispensary, this is your place. You pay for what you get for. Here, you’re paying for professional bud tenders and good product. These aren’t your average stoners, these are professionals.
