I've been to the herb co more times than I'd like to admit these past few months, and every time the staff had been super helpful and polite. They have great deals and a killer selection. The only thing I'm sad about is every time I ask no one gives me a straigh answer about getting a membership with them, and I really want one considering how often I go. If I can get a membership with them I don't see why I'd need to go somewhere else ever !

I have ordered 7 times collectively between my partner and I through potcargo.com, and 6 out of these times have been really good! A few times I received a bit of dry flower but what can you do, overall it was at my doorstep in 2 days and worth it. But then I ordered $200 worth of product and it never showed up. Potcargo told us they were doing an 'investigation' into our package, and three weeks later I'm out $200 and still haven't heard back. I'm super bummed, and had to go find a new dispensary. Overall they were great, but customer service is pretty rough. It says on their website I may not even get my money back, and that is really uncool. But every time I did receive my package, it was good.
