worst place ever . won't give info over the phone . what's the point of having a phone number ?

I found this place browsing Leafly & seen that the Eureka Cartridges were available . I just called the number listed less than 15 mins ago , hoping to be informed as to whether or not the actual Eureka Pen was in stock for purchase along with the cartridges .. to my surprise , they supposedly cannot give that kind of information over the phone . How does that make any sense for people who don't live in the area , who travel ? I would've been coming for my first time visit all the way from Long Beach area . This collective has definitely lost out on business with me & I'm sure many others as well due to poor phone service . Goodluck !
