The 1st Few Times when I Came to the York dispensary I thought it was great the staff was really nice, great selection the prices where okay for the most part , I even got a Free gram of some flower to try at one point, Yesterday I had Visited there to grab a few things ... Staff again was pretty helpful I had gotten 1/2 oz of some pretty expensive flower.... When I left the bag looked abit small but I figured There's probably nothing to worry about probably just some really dence bud.... when I came home I weighed it out to make sure only to find it out it was off by a Quarter ..... It was probably just a mistake ... I was a bit pissed off so I called them back righ away... They said it wasn't a problem and next time I would come in i would get my quarter they took my name and number down and said they would leave a Note..... I was a little pissed about that because honestly the staff switch around all the time chances are I would go back and get different staff and have a big confusion so I called the Toronto dispensary spoke to a manager He managed to make things right & ensure I got what was owed to me right away, honestly.... Probably just a mistake but. When I go to a pharmacy and fill a prescription I don't have to worry about coming home only getting half of my prescription this is supposed to be a professional business these are the types of things you have to worry about dealing with sketchy people I have my Green card. I feel like it would be better if maybe they had more staff that where a bit more professional and Knowledgeable .
