Bought a KandyPen. Was told all parts came with lifetime warranty. Tried to replace a broken ELiquid Atomizer about 2 months later and management said they do not replace that part and to go to the KandyPen website. KandyPen customer service told me that part is in fact not covered by warranty, but offered to send me a replacement.
