Great product but their customer service leaves something to be desired. They changed their reward point system at the new year without telling patients. Then, they "lost" everyone's points at the new year and six months later still "can't find them". Don't trust their point reward system or anything they tell you about their point reward system and focus on their product and you will be fine.
