I would never come here intentionally again. Staff had no clue what they were doing, the mixed up the line several times, they sent people back out of order and then continually offered express pickups to people who had just gotten in. As a first time patient I had a terrible first experience here after spending an hour waiting they did not give me back my ID or my medical card so now after driving an hour to and from the dispensary to spend 100s of dollars this company I’ll now be spending another two hours to get there to retrieve these items, I do not feel like they are accountable to their patients big waste of time. A live resin clear daze was not worth this trouble

I have always been a big fan of greenpharms however my visit today was less than I expect from them. Very disappointed with their kind live resin “inventory”. There is an advertised 50% off of K.I.N.D. today and they started the day with 4 1 gram carts. It seems intentional to not be stocked for a big sale, sure they have plenty of 1/2 g carts but at a much steeper price per 1g. I don’t feel like they were playing fair in customers interests today and that is a really big deal to me.

First time visit and there lights are off, drove from east mesa for todays deal. Bummer and a waste of time. Employee recommended I check out the one in Scottsdale instead. Waste more time? No thanks. Won’t be back.

Disappointing first time visit, prepackaged underweight flower a little dry. I have been recommended emerald on several occasions. I just went in seeing that they were advertising my favorite strain (super silver haze) and they said it was new flower to them. I’m not the biggest fan of pre packed flower but I felt like for a bogo quarter I could give them a shot. I weigh anything I get prepackaged and I usually get spot on or .05-.15 over. But I opened three of four packs finding them all underweight 3.43, 3.44 and 3.37. The bud itself is dry with semi crunchy buds, though not crunchy enough that it is easily smashed to powder, and even though it is a bit dry it is not super harsh and was able to deliver the high I covet from ssh. I will say that the staff was amazing and that the environment was also nice, I like their candy jars full of infused candies. Overall I don’t expect to be back.
