The biggest bait & switch act I’ve ever experienced. How can you offer specials that either you conveniently ran out of or the price is higher when I go to cash out. WTF......I don’t think I will recommending this store to anyone. Never had a good experience

Was met by an awesome young woman named Shay and was treated great. Then I was helped by bud tender Micheal. I was not impressed by price and especially not one bit impressed with the first time customer special. Besides the fact that you were out of any of the specials and only had the more expensive stuff. If your going to advertise a product and price on your on your tv you should probably have it in stock or compensate for your lack of judgement. I kind of felt a bait and switch. But Micheal hooked me up really good and treated me great. The bud tenders are awesome but I don’t think I will be going here very often

The purpose of preordering is to cut down the wait and make it more convenient. Then explain why my preorder of 2 Keef Sodas was going to take over 45 minutes to fill. When I arrived at the window I was greeted by a very uninformed young lady that insisted on pointing out the other people in the dispensary. This is unacceptable and unprofessional attitude. Nirvana employees seem to be some of the rudest and very uneducated in the customer service aspect of business. I had to go without, oh yeah no I didn’t go without. There are plenty of other dispensaries that really want my business. I will not be recommending this dispensary to anyone.

Not very professional, product always dry. Product advertised is very seldom in stock. Waste of a long drive

First time in. Amazing people, too of the charts amazing service. Got hooked up with some "Wonder Lights". Amazing head & body, taste great & smelled real nice, but buds were dry, no moisture(bummer). I still gotta get some more

These guys are amazingly helpful and very interested in your needs. Always very good quality product. Last order was very dry and didn't stay with me very long. One oops out of many awesome hook ups is OK in my book. I will definitely be seeing these guys again soon.
