Purchased 3 pre-rolls and later realized one was empty. When I called them, the guy laughed at me and told me to come in and speak with a manager. I asked if there was another recourse and he put me on hold. I hung up after four minutes. I like this place but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Better customer service could have been employed in this situation, nobody like being treated like a liar. Not likely going back.
