This is the first place I went to after receiving my medical card and I have to say I wish I hadn't gone there for my first experience. As a new patient I should get a break down of how things work and most importantly my educational material. First I was just tossed into the mix and had no idea what I was doing. I wasn't asked if I wanted educational material but on my receipt it said I denied my educational material. A whole series of situations happened and I was not happy.
