Got there early today because I was excited about the swag bag. Set my alarm last night and got in line forty minutes early. The email that was sent out the night before made it seem like there would be an assortment of medicated items to sample in the swag bag. This however was not the case. In the swag bag were a lot of stickers, one rubber or plastic bracelet, and a coupon for a free edible. A free edible mind you that was not pictured in the group of items presumed to be in the swag bag. I was expecting a little bit more I guess. I mentioned my frustrations to my budtender and one of the women in the lobby who both were really nice and seemed like they wanted to help. Alexas did everything she could to try to make me happy. She is awesome. Again, it just seemed like more was going to be in the swag bag. I don't want to sound ungrateful, I love the people in your dispensary and will always continue to do business here, I just wanted to bring this issue to your attention

Wish I could give six stars. Went in Saturday to exchange a cartridge I was given by mistake. They went out of their way to make it right and then some. Swell Phoenix is slowly becoming my go to shop even though I drive bye four shops to get there.

I went to Emerald Palace over the weekend to take advantage of a couple of deals. Purchased a cartridge on Saturday. I had to exchange the cartridge on Sunday morning due to oil clogging the air hole. That is the best way for me to describe it. Its very difficult to draw off of. So I return to emerald palace to exchange another cartridge. Told my story to the young lady behind the counter and she went for a manager. Five minutes later they both return. The manager makes me repeat my story as if the budtender said nothing to him in the five minutes he was gone. First he says "You're the only person to ever have a problem " which i find hard to believe. Even if i am the first, that doesn't mean the product isn't bad, or that I would lie about it working. I wasnt asking for a refund. Second he says we're going to help you one more time. To which I replied, "If this third catridge doesnt work and you won't do anything, I'll never return." Well the third cartridge failed, so you were right. I won't be returning seeing as you already told me this was it for this transaction or whatever. I've been to other stores that go out of their way to make things right, I'll be shopping there

Love this place. The people are well informed and there's always great flower.

I live across town and usually can't wait to get back there. They have high quality flower at great prices. Lots to choose from too. I've been a few times the wait time is minimal. Looking forward to returning

The staff is always friendly and the flower is a great deal for the price.

I went to the giving tree for the first time last week, being a little inexperinced the staff didnt blink an eye. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Plus with good tunes on in the background I'm sold. I'll go out of my way to return.
