In my first few times trying Primetime, everything was fairly smooth, bar some hiccups on their website. But my last attempt to order from this will really be my last. Any company like Primetime that takes an order, sends confirmation that they've accepted the order, and then just never shows up isn't one that I can trust, and certainly not one I can rate as highly as their previous quality led me to originally believe about them. I wrote them about this issue, and near a day latter, no response, to acknowledgement, nothing. They are certainly worth giving a try, at least once, just be aware that if you put in an order, you may just be sitting at home twiddling your thumbs the rest of the night instead.
