Went to this dispensary today to pick up a half ounce shake tube for $40. Upon check in I was taken to the back and was shown approximately seven or eight black tubes that contained the product and was told to pick one. After getting some advice on which one I should pick I made my selection and I left. Once I arrived home I opened the black tube and found out that the product was about 60 to 70% sticks and leaves. There was hardly any shake at all in the tube, when I called to speak to somebody about it I was given the manager who goes by the name of Ben. Ben stated that they would not return or exchange the product that I had the option of choosing it and there were samples on the floor that I could have viewed. When I explain to Ben that that did not take place and that whoever The bud tender was they did not show me anything other than the black tubes. Ben refused to help me and stated that there was nothing he could do or would do. He proceeded to hang up on me when I said that was bulls***. Once calling back I asked him what he was going to do to rectify the situation and he refused to give me an answer. Ben finally stated that he would review the matter and possibly give me a call back. I would never recommend this dispensary to anybody nor do I think that they are advertising their product the way they should be. I believe it’s a lot of false advertising and probably needs to be looked at. This is not medicine they are selling.

I placed my order 4 hours ago and was told it would only be an hour for the delivery. I call and get the same response every time, the delivery is on it’s way... this has been the worst experience yet I’m supposed to pay for this terrible service. Never again will do this delivery garbage, from now on I will make the drive elsewhere.

The location was nice, I stopped in last night for my first time and I admit the place was a little busy. I was a new patient so I was given a small tour, when I got to the counter I ordered what I wanted and checked out. I was not acknowledged at the counter for being a new patient and was not given any of the new patient deals. Probably won't be back here, disappointing to say the least.
