Take great care of your medical patients. Love the added discount. Any pen refil comes out to $45. Menu is up to date. Wish there was an express line for med patients, but wait isnt usually too long. Friendly staff

Cute little hole in he wall. Menu is often not up to date, so disappointed when I arrive and can't buy what I've seen online. Missing items once offered. Once item returns told I can't buy bc inventory manager needs to input in system. Let down after let down when I come here. With so many options now a days I won't be returning...

I must say that out of all the places that I have visited in Oregon this one is hands down the best. I have not been in for a visit for a few months (due to their location) but it still remains my favorite. If I lived on the east side this would be the only place that I go to. They have the best prices, deals, and employees that you could want from a medical dispensary. All of the staff is attentive and do not seem to be completely stoned as competitive stores do. I have never had an issue with their products nor the service that I receive. I have been to a lot of places, but if I could (again only out of distance) I would only visit this store for my medical needs.

This is by far one of my favorite places to acquire my medical products, but recently I have had a series of service errors (uncharged ipod, down internet service) which are starting to effect how I feel toward this location. I have always had great service from the staff, and there is always a surplus of items to choose from. However the last couple of times I have been in I was unable to (or had to wait significantly longer than) complete my purchase because of the above mentioned errors. Today 10/22/15 I came in to buy I small amount of concentrate. Again there was a system error so I had to wait for them to correct the mistake. I was given a pre-roll for the inconvenience and told that it would not take more than a minute to fix. Well the minute passed and still no solution. I was then instructed by one of the staff members that I could go across the street and withdraw money from Plaid Pantry if I wanted to expedite the process. Most non-bank ATM's charge a service fee, and then the bank applies its own fee, so this was not an option I wanted to pursue. I was offered %10 off for the inconvenience, but since my purchase was small the amount I would have to pay in service fees did not equal the amount saved by %10. So, since no other alternatives were offered I decided to leave upset, with no medical product, and even had the free "inconvenience" pre-roll taken from me.... My suggestion: If your facility is unable to accommodate credit/debit cards as it advertises then maybe your store should divert to cash only. This will not be my last visit, but if these type of occurrences continue I will seek medication from more reliable establishments.

Great customer service! Friendly owner. Lots of different variety. Clean and professional. I've been to many places and this is the best on the west side of Portland!
