If you have a problem with a product they will no longer make it right. They simply don't care. I have been going here sence level up opened in a little back room. This just makes me sick to my stomach. Go to Tempe location. They will help you and take care of you. Scottsdale all about spend alot of money on stuff that might work might not and if it doesn't your not getting a new or replacement one. Your out of your money!
