I go to Nirvana every single Monday and spend at minimum 200$ per visit, most visits I’m dropping upwards of about 300$ per week. Usually it’s a great, quick experience with very pleasant bud tenders. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. Usually when I go in after placing a Leafly order, the budtender will go over my order with me 1 by 1 and the ring me out to make sure that my order is correct. Tonight I had Eddie E. As my budtender and I had the worst experience I have ever had in my life at a dispensary and I’ve been to a lot across AZ. He called me back, and he already had my meds packed up. He gave me the total and pretty much rushed me to pay without going over ANY of my meds and actually “patted” himself on the back for having my order and discounts ready before I even went back there. Being rushed and flustered I paid but when I realized that the amount of items he said didn’t match what I ordered and what I am paying I tried to nicely tell him and asked him if we could go over my bag of meds because I think something is off. Well the second I asked for this and since I had already paid, his mood toward me switched instantly and he started being incredibly rude to me. He refuses to go over my bag of meds with me he wouldn’t even open it since he already had it staples before I ever saw what went into the bag. He said that if I wanted to “add” something that I would have to go and wait behind another 20 people in order to do so. I told him I didn’t want to add anything, I just wanted to get what I paid for. He still refused to verify my meds with me! (This makes me think that he knew my meds were shorted and didn’t want to open the bag in the store for me to find out and that’s why he was so set on getting me to walk out of the dispo with the bag without letting me see inside with him there as a witness. If I would’ve walked outside and tried to come back in and told them my meds were missing I would’ve been even more SOL). Well since he refused multiple times to verify my meds with me, I told him I didn’t want anything anymore and just give me a refund please. He told me no! He said i couldn’t get a refund that they do not offer refunds even though he literally just handed me the bag and just took my money seconds ago. Finally he lets me talk to a manager who was great to deal with and calmed me down right away! She went over my bag with me and what do you know! I was missing 2 x 50$ grams of Shango and Highgrade Concentrates. She made it right of course, but this was still the worse dispo visit ever. If you ever get Eddie E at Nirvana, make him check your meds before you give him any money no matter what he says. I think he is trying to pull one over on the customers and Nirvana.
