I am only making a rating based on service recieved thus farfar. My medical information was sent to Tilray via fax over a week ago from my doctors office; twice in fact. I have called Tilray twice to see where they are with said registration and no one ever seems to have any idea where my paperwork is, let alone when I can expect to finally be able to place my first order. This is frustrating and if Tilray does not remedy my situation soon, my follow-up with my doctor will be me advising him of this and asking to be switched to a different LP.
