Everyone smiles. I have yet to have a bad experience ..... the closet issue was my 1 st pre order .... where I stayed in line with preorder ordered and completed til my turn ...the young man said u had a preorder he smiled and with a very strange look on his face, I said I know smiled. He apologized 10 times. They aren't afraid of changing its more proactive then reactive. The quality is only surpassed by quantity of the flower.
