I was a regular customer at this location, but went in there tonight and asked for the wrong thing because it was mislabelled on YOUR menu. I bought 1/2oz of Sour Tsunami which is labelled on your menu as 24.1% THC 16.3% CBD. I got home and pulled out a little card on the package and it said 1.90% THC, so I did not open it, got back in my car, and drove back. It had been like 15 minutes since I was in the store. The chick refused to let me make an exchange, on something YOU GUYS mislabelled. That is $130 worth of weed I might as well flush down the damn toilet. You lost a loyal customer over a dumb policy. $130 is a lot of money. That was just wrong!!

These guys need a bigger location, some parking would be nice. Other than that I can't complain. I was looking to try dabbing for the first time and they were very friendly, helpful, and informative about it. I ended up checking out a place across town because it has a better deal currently on BHO, but I will probably continue to shop at Cannabis City if the price is right. ^^ And... they gave me a sticker!! :D

I plan to keep an eye on this location as I think it has potential. When I went in they had just opened and didn't have a lot of product. I was looking for concentrates. The lady behind the counter was a little condescending and I felt pressured to hurry up and make a purchase and get out even though I was the only one in the store. I ended up leaving without buying anything. The guy at the door was nice and asked me to come back once they get a chance to get a regular stock. I like good deals, so I might end up back there some day. ;)

There was not Vet Discount like it says on here when You use the finder, but they said they would talk about it with 'The Boss'. It would have been nice, but I didn't feel disappointed considering their BHO is currently about 1/2 the price of the other retail locations in town. ;)
