Bad manager, his name is Mike. One of his employees misrepresented a product they sold me... telling me it was mct oil but it was grape seed oil. Mike's solution was "oh well, all sales final." It took several tantrums on the phone before they offered store credit for the misrepresinted product they sold me! Mike's answer to my complaint to The Better Business Bureau was that all was taken care of, that the customer was whole. Yeah! By going around Mike's spineless back and getting a solution from an employee who I hope didn't get in trouble for going against their managers wish of screwing a customer!
