This was definitely not my first time shopping here, in fact it's the only dispensary in the Tucson area that I shop at. The staff is amazing, prices are fantastic, not to mention the quality of product! I can't say enough good things about Earth's Healing North. I did try one of the D2 dispensaries and while everything hit it's mark, I just feel more appreciated at Earth's Healing, along with ALWAYS leaving as a very happy customer. Keep up the great work!

I never go to any other dispensaries. I have only ever gone to Earths. I have seen a lot of people come and go as bud tenders. I have to say the new people working are the slowest bunch there has ever been. I can’t believe the amount of time I spent waiting today was almost an hour for online pick up. And it is almost offensive to see people who walk in get called to do their orders after placing an online order for pick up. They’re walking in picking up on the spot and online orders are ordering ahead so the order is ready. They can get the order and go. So after waiting in line for 45 minutes and watching people get called for walk-in or even having medical online pick ups walk-in and have to wait two minutes while the rest of us have been waiting 45 as there’s only one person working for the online window. This was very discouraging. I cannot believe the sadness that was today’s service. I’ve never ever experienced it this bad before and I’ve seen some pretty long weights, but those are usually handled very nicely. The girl today was so slow and there was nobody looking to try to offer her help or to try to move people around. I don’t know it was just so discouraging. I had to actually do a review about it.
