When I first came into contact with this strain it did its job and it did it well. I felt a little spacy, euphoric and overall "well-minded". However, I did become pretty accustomed it the effects and it slowly "lost its potency" for me. I would definitely give it another shot but maybe after a break just to see. I have had the same experience with other strains before so I usually buy more than one at a time. This time I didn't and I wish I did.

This strain was on sale at a dispensary and I couldn't help but grab it. I remember the name AK-47 some 9-10 years back when I was a freshman in high school. It has definitely been around for a number of years and finally I had the chance to try it. To be honest the look of it wasn't all that special. Long bud structure which indicates a strong sativa side to this strain. The smell was awesome however, with strong earth tones coming through. Very danky! I have both smoked and vaporized this strain, and I prefer the vaporized version. However, both will settle in as a sativa for the first hour or so. A strong buzz behind the eyes, concentrated feeling around the temples, and it got me very talkative. After an hour or so, the high turned into a more mellow and relaxed feeling associated with indica strains. So I would say this is right on the money for being sativa-dominant. I encourage day time usage, but if you are having a fun night out with friends then this is a go-to strain as well. Just make sure you have had plenty to eat or some caffeine beforehand, you don't want a crash after a few hours of hanging out with your friends. Also, making music after indulging in AK-47 was quite a creative experience!

My last and current grow is ak-47. Its a beautiful plant pretty easy grow. The smell and taste are amazing. Fruity earthy some of the best tasting/smelling flower ive grown. The high is very mellow and creative. I do like its offspring better as a grow and yield ak-48.
This strain is awesome! Hands down absolutely the best strain I have ever had. I love how it makes everything look like a music video. And I can see that the colors of objects look 3D enhanced. It’s just awesome. In fact that’s why I bought more. 😊🎈❤️
