I picked up a quarter of animal cake by ozone today and it was some of the most beautiful flower I've gotten among the 200 strains I've tried in the past few years. I'm not sure if Leafly made a mistake but it's not for beginners mine tested at 30% THC and I am a connoisseur and a daily smoker and it rocked my world. It's not 18% lol nearly double. A beginner would smoke this and trip out and probably never smoke again. @Leafly get it right with this Strain. You are misleading people. Not that I care so much but com'on now ... Smoke this than right another Bio about it please and thank you. I'll never listen to a thing you write about many of these new strains because it's obvious you have people that work for @Leafly that don't smoke marijuana or haven't truly tested a strain . Again this is for advanced smokers.

I thought this strain was good, EXCEPT for how groggy it makes me. During and day after. I’ve been getting massive weed hangovers. I would say this is maybe not a smoke right before bed situation? It makes me feel spacey as well. I also need quite a bit of it to really feel Stoney baloney. Pros: Music sounds really good, i enjoy watching tv with this, it helps with appetite problems. It’s okay for socializing but I’m not really in the chatty mood.

Extremely enjoyable very heady high with potent aroma flavor and experience.

Picked mine up at a dispensary in Illinois and I’ve had this before and the strain is very good. It’s has crystals it has flavor and it has effects. You definitely can’t go wrong with it. Good for beginners a good OG’s I definitely gonna be one of my faves.

It makes my joints tingle, no arthritis pain. Very harsh smoke but the high is nice and easy. We were talkative and dull of laughs.

Not my favorite. Heart attack feeling. Paranoid. Can’t string a thought together and have memory loss every 10 seconds. Makes you a paranoid vegetable.

Today I picked up a 1/4oz of shake of Ozone's Animal Cake from Trinity dispensary in Peoria, IL. Both the dispensary and Ozone list this strain as a sativa, though I've read reviews that refer to it as a hybrid. Up to now, I've only purchased shake from a local farm, NGW, which came in a plastic jar (kinda cool, a nice little nug jar with every 1/8th!) and was dry and light, and typically 18%-23%. Generally a bit harsher smoke, but economical fo sho. In contrast, this shake was sold in a smallish (3"x5") ziplock pouch, and unexpectedly flat. My first impression of the size, presentation, and packaging was underwhelming. And then I opened it and loaded my bong. It was ridiculously fragrant, resinous, sticky, clumpy. A small amount loaded my bowl more similar to a bud than shake, and burned the same. Super smooth smoke, and a fast heady high that couples well with creating art and engaging conversations like a good sativa. Not overwhelming, tho, and no anxiety that some sativa's can trigger for me. And the best surprise was the pain relief and focus that often comes from the indica side of a hybrid. Free and easy 3 hr high off a bowl from my bong. Impressively, despite it being shake, it had a great terpene/cbd profile and potency snuck in just under 30%. I have a rotating list of favorites. Animal Cake has just entered the mix.

New to this world..so my explanations may seem uneducated in the weed world. Don’t know how to explain how I’m feeling. The correct terms ya know? I’m even chatty doing this haha! Anyway..I have never felt so chill smoking this. I had great conversation with my “worst” half..I became witty..love that. I felt like my brain was active happy..thinking happy thoughts..saying happy things. No sense of worry. My body on the other hand felt dead. I felt unable to move! It was awesome!!!! I had no pain or cares in the world.
