Very relaxing, good for anxiety. would probably be good for insomnia as well. really good/clean high. would recommend.

Great smoke, definitely an indica but it didn’t put me into the couch all crazy. Still felt up and energized while being relaxed.

one of the sweetest and tasty strains I've ever come across.. does exactly what it's supposed to do and puts you in a relaxed state right before bed...I wouldn't say it's a sedative but it has those properties if you so choose to tap into the strong indica effects. just a great strain for pretty much anything where you need to de-stress and relax for the moment
