Not sure if it’s the old age of the weed or if it’s a major creeper, but it eases in subtly without much mental impact. Similar to cold medicine in the way it provides cozy uplifting mood and slightly disconnected head space. You can feel the high ever so slowly deepening both mentally and physically. The serenity of the widow is a perfect foil to the blue’s racy tendency. The two balance each other in a way that allows the most euphoric aspects to shine through. Music is mildly entrancing but you can easily do so much better, I wouldn’t recommend it for that. Ideal for nature, road trips, work, errands, etc. Incredibly functional while still imparting potent streaks of pleasure. Tight focus, ease of concentration, and clear flow of thoughts. Visually focusing on things is extremely narrow making it easy to take in countless scenes. Wipes away anxiety and keeps mind peaceful. Overall an 8 out of 10, which is high despite failing at some important things. That’s how nice the things it does right are.
Tried this in live resin form, from Northeast Naturals in Maine. Amazing sappy, mango taste and a manageable, but heady cerebral high, and nice body relaxation. Focused train of of thought. Also cleared out the sinuses pretty well, haha.
Good strain for going to the lake for a day or if you have stuff to do around the house, or just hanging out and chatting with a good friend/relative
very smooth
I love this strain. I get it from my BC LP and the buds are awesome. I'll have some Blue Widow when I'm feeling super anxious or stressed out. Completely levels me out and keeps me calm and clear headed. Can't over do it though, it will put you on "couch-mode" real quick. I also like having a few puffs if I'm out having drinks with friends and I have a few too many. It really clears your head quick. This is such an amazing versatile strain. Definitely need to have this in your stash on the regular.
Great taste, bag appeal and relaxing effect. Not the most potent, atleast the two phenos ive tried but a nice warm high that suits me best at night. Is better than other recent strains I’ve tried when it comes to pain relief. Has taken my ear infection pain and oral nerve pain down more than a few notches. This is a plant that needs to go to a full finish to make her worth it. Frost coverage is great but the taste is where it shines the most imo. One pheno is very musky, piney with berry undertone and the other one is blueberry through and through with a touch of earthiness. Tastes great down to the last hit.
The taste and smell of this strain makes it one of my favorites. Upon first inspection the smell of pine is the first thing that catches your attention, but as you continue to smell it the fruity notes of blueberry become apparent. Vaped at a low temp, the flowery and fruity elements tend to stick out. At a higher temp the fruitiness kind of hides behind the pine.
As far as the effects, Blue Widow knocks me out. After using it for a little while, I've decided it's a night-time only strain for me. I've never encountered a strain that puts me to sleep quite so effectively. It doesn't seem to do much for anxiety or pain for me, but it will definitely help you go night-night.
I have chronic pain from a bad mastectomy. this strain seems to help me the most of all of the ones I have tried. I know it's lower on CBD but it just works! I really love it
Happy, mellow, chill, & sleepy were the effects. Sweet berry with a little blueberry & pine were the smells & tastes. Firm medium green & golden yellow buds with light brown pistils. Fine amber hairs & small trichomes covered the buds. Cultivated by Sun Kissed Flower with 18% THC. Strain AKA Berry White & White Berry. Best for relaxation. 420 Out!
