If the stories are true then this is the mother of the most demanded strains of this decade. Where the original came from we don't exactly know (Thai x Skunk? Thai x Afghan? ) but all the other information is finally coming out there. This is pretty much the most famous bagseed of all time and a hint at the fact we need to start searching for more NEW genetics (that are usually old landraces) to bring to the table other than diluting the gene pool with more poly-hybrids.

hd, not sure what stories you heard, but you are correct. This is the strain that started it all! The original Diesel of NYC. There are only two people that I know/knew that could know what the original strain is. They might not be alive at this point. I know because I was there for all the different versions of the stories and earlier. We started calling it the"leather bud" until "chem" took over and someone added the "dawg". Thank god this strain survived. Some strains from back then were lost or kept in the closet. Hope the latter is true

i love Chemdawg and this is a very good offshoot of it.beautiful,sticky,earthy,skunky buds w/ a heavy dose of Diesel in the smell and taste.rolled up a joint and sat back,this is pretty strong medicine and should satisfy a variety of peoples ailments plus it gets u pretty fucked up.pretty much can`t lose w/ Chemdawg.

Very potent & mellow high for me. No paranoia just a very warm feeling like being wrapped with a warm downy fresh blanket straight out the dryer, I'M also feeling lighter if that makes any sense at all... smoked out of a clean glass bowl and tasted like an exotic snake venom... very chemically with a slight lime after taste straight from amazon rain forest if there is such a thing.... smoked 3 bowls and was blasted into space for couple hours... very nice journey... when I was coming down to planet earth I suddenly felt the urge to make my weekly schedule... I hadn't felt quite like this in a long time, not since high school. I'll def.. add this to my fav... list!
