Chemo reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Chemo.
Peppery taste. Buzz is nice and smooth. Don't smoke too much of it, unless you wanna pass out.
I love this strain. Very sedating and pain reliving. Also great to use as a sleep aid.
This one should definitely be called "Coma" instead of "Chemo".
Probably one of the most relaxing/sleep inducing strains I've had.
It's very mellow, smooth hits, that glue your butt to the couch or bed.
Where is it that I begin?
Lonewolf, searching for peace of mind, yearning for calm, anxious but fighting the good fight for attainment of the presences of one’s true.. good.. SELF. This chemo right here..... is a............
Potion. Not medicine.. not a cure.. not a drug.. a potion for serenity.
I’ve been on a very time consuming and annoying.. social media type addicted hunt, to find a strain that is right for me. For my anxiety and depression (prescribed: clonazepam and escitalopram) and this shit right here.. is a purple velvet glove of subtle love type beast... dosage is oh so crucial. One toke from a joint and nothing more, will have you floating in a land of everything luxurious.. from the fresh air we’ve been blessed with... to even this surprisingly.. amazing feeling of our own skin providing you with all these irrefutable positive chills... is what chemo will give you. Treat her the wrong way... and she’ll have you feeling anxious just like you would if you did something that would prompt a negative thought spinning through your mind for days/weeks/months on end.
She is beautiful. And I would love for everyone with a truly good heart and mind (regardless of the bullshit you’ve done and how much you’ve beaten yourself up but are sincerely trying to find and continue down the right path) to try this wonderful strain. My personal quest continues... but I am very glad that this strain will be a part of my journey that lies ahead.....
Peace and love. All the best.
Best strain especially for those going through chronic sickness. Almost always has a HIGH tHc yield
Very relaxing body high however I would not recommend before trying to fall asleep as it makes your mind wonder (at least for me).
Great strain for chronic pain.
One of my top favourite strains! It's been used a lot for cancer patients, and although I'm not one myself, I was blessed enough to receive 1/2oz, but was never able to get anymore after that. This strain is known as an indica, and oh boy does it wear it's title proudly. If you plan to do anything in the evening, I suggest not doing so. UBC is potent and will leave even veterans flat on their ass. The sheer couchlock you receive gives you the impression of a gravitational change. It's heavily euphoric too, leaving you looking spooked and confused while retaining that uplifted feeling. The muscle relaxing and pain reliving aspects to this strain shouldn't be taken lightly. If you haven't slept in awhile, here's your one way ticket to the ends of the universe and back. If you are able to escape the grasps of an instant KO, have some visine or eye drops around because you're eyes will be redder than the devil's dick. I hope to find more one day, it's difficult in my province to get strains you want, but they still have a variety of choices. Anyways, that's the UBC Chemo experience!
Strain features:
- I didn't really know what colour the leaves where since the nugs where triple battered in trichomes. At this point in my reviews, I think the amount of kief that has been mentioned that slather each strain doesn't compare to UBC Chemo.
- This strain has a lot of foxtails as well, and give the strain a really cool shimmer
- If you use your hands to crush or pick up this strain, make sure to check your fingers for thc, because the nugs are heavily coated, like a Winnipeg or Minnesota winter
Smell:
- Cheese, yes cheese
- Earthy, piney, did I mention cheese? Subtle kushy tones as well, but I forgot to mention cheese.
Taste:
- piney, and kushy, not so cheesy like the smell, but some sort of really really subtle hazelnutty/spicy taste
Another indica for insomniacs, but I can also see this used by people with intense bodily pains and aches. This strain shows no mercy to the fridge as well. YOU WILl EAT whether you like it or not.
I'm glad that cancer patients have some variety in their strains, UBC Chemo has a lot of medical properties, but can easily be a recreational strain for those seeking the stoned vibe.
This is one of those legendary type strains.
Saw someone else review it saying that it “shows you no mercy”
That is both correct and beautiful.
Get this strain if you’re in any kind of pain.
