For me it takes the edge off muscular issues, especially for spasms or lumbar tightness
made me have my own trip through the movie Heavy Metal with Sammy hagar singing Heavy Metal. True Story.
Hit some critical jack for about a week without change, beautiful calming high from it, yet plenty of energy, it's a must try for Jack Herer fans, availability WILL be an issue.
I had no trouble using this bud for wake n bake and pre work sessions, and felt no noticeable crash. a very nice smoke
