Durban Cookies reviews

First time trying Durban Poison or Durban Cookies. I’ve always been a fan of GSC so decided to give this a try considering my dispensary had a deal on the Live Sugar and I’ve been looking for a nice sativa dominant strain that doesn’t make me too anxious. Effects: Dabbed a slightly smaller than usual dose. So far I am loving it. Very balanced and relaxing physically, although not debilitating in any way. Mentally very clear-headed and in a great mood. I will probably start doing some cleaning or reading soon. Nice sense of focus with the ability to still multitask. Lesser short term memory loss than many other strains. I am usually very sensitive to sativas as they can increase my anxiety, but Durban Cookies has me depression and anxiety free with no munchies or any negative side effects so far at this dose. Flavor: The name is slightly misleading as far as flavor goes. Doesn’t taste at all close to GSC, but very tasty in it’s own regard. Smells of fresh laundry, newly squeezed lemons, and Pine-Sol (in a good way). The taste of the live sugar is piney, lemon/citrusy, and light & refreshing.

Nice and mellow. No head rush. Potentially because of the 8% THC in the particular brand shopped at MMD Marina del Rey.

One of my favorites! I opened the package & got blast by this strong diesel smell. I honestly didn’t think I was going to like this, but to my surprise it was AMAZING! Take up up high awake & energized & then dips you down to this mellow floaty like feeling. Actually tickled my tummy like when you ride a roller coaster & it dips & tickles your tummy, Durban does the same thing. Five stars all the way!

I enjoyed via dab. I think the most balanced high as of late. My head, face, eyelids, and forehead feel amazing. My neck feels great where it’s resting on the couch. I could float there, but there’s something keeping me engaged with what i want to do. Despite contentment, I had the energy to spring up and go pick up a tasty drink and cold water from the 7 Eleven. Some sativas can be equally debilitating as indicas; this hits the sweet spot. I can’t fully zone into a movie with this strain. I think I would want one of those more debilitating strains for that, while this is the better multi tasking strain. I feel great mental energy. I haven’t yet used it while exercising or cleaning, so I can’t go as far as to say it’s a good strain for chores or working out- but it feels like it!

This "Golden Ratio" 70/30 Sativa dom hit the spot! I'm new to MMJ & opted for some sativa gummy bears which did me awful. I actually ran back in when I realized that I didn't get a gram of this to try. For someone who needs energy but not "start 20 things & get none done cuz I'm naturally high strung" type ish, lets just say I'm on my way back to get more. This will be my mid afternoon replacement for high caffeine + 10mgs Adderall. I will be using smoking a bowl of this and topping it off a few hours later with Harlequin vape if need be. 5🌟 thank you for taking away the pain, nausea, fatigue without any "medicated foggy" feeling.

One of my favorite strains. After smoking it, I get very happy and want to do something. Durbin poison is a parent of some of the best strains there is!

Looked up the strain prior to receiving it. I’d been suffering a bad back ache. Did my research and was extremely pleased by the effect of the flower. Did its job!

Definitely not my fave strain, nice mellow vibe with a deep earthy smell
