Great Sativa! The Durban Poison brought me to life immediately. Some of the effects it left me with was... High energy, I felt very relaxed and euphoric, it's the first strain to put a smile on my face in a long time. It's nice to feel good for once.

Meh... Just didn't do it for me... Not a fan of this strain at all... There are much better Sativa strains out there.. Then again i'm not a big Sativa guy but this one was truly a disappointment... I didn't much at all from this...
The most psychedelic cannabis of this world. The smoke smells and tastes of sweet menthol pine. There is not a hint of stoning, yet it still creates the most invigorating body high that one can imagine. The high is so clear that despite its pronounced stimulation it rarely produces paranoia. I've had some of the most creative thoughts of my marijuana career on Durban Poison. This strain reminds me more of Lucy than absolutely any other weed. Sometimes I can confuse myself into thinking that I am tripping.
I'm not normally a Sativa fan but I love this strain. The cure from Raven Grass is sticky but still goes through my grinder well. The flavor is citrus, skunk, and slight mint in the exhale. I absolutely love landrace strains and this might be my favorite. The high is super uplifting and heady, almost a trippy head high when smoked heavily. Super happy all day medicine. This strains also great for people watching their weight, it acts as an appetite suppressant.
I have dealt with severe depression for many years. I’m in recovery now, and currently experience mild depression. This strain is my favorite antidepressant! It helped me when my depression was severe and it helps me now. Nowadays, I use this strain when I’m having a bit of a depressive funk. It cuts through the fog and lifts my spirits a little. Durban Poison is such a fantastic “as needed” antidepressant! I would give it more than five stars if I could.
The only thing I can relate the olfactory profile of this strain to is pine-sol cleaner. It's not necessarily bad, but it's possibly the most flavorful terp sauce I've encountered thus far.
Love the productivity on this one! I live to vaporize at the lowest temps when I first try a strain to really get the flavor profile (I used to think that a load of crap until I got a portable vaporizer that does dry herb, lol). To me, I get a nice "Lime" essence at the end of the exhale with an "Earthy" note that hangs around a bit after that. The sensation for me was rather instant. I got that nice relaxation, followed about 4-5 minutes later by a very, VERY slight fog that quickly burns off, then a nice focused working clarity. This one is definitely and "get up and go" strain. Since I am rather a novice with most bud, I don't have a huge frame of reference, but this definitely goes up there with my favorite Sativa thus far!! Enjoy!!
Strain: MHM Durban (Sativa Hybrid[?]) THC: 27.33% CBD: 2.22% CBG: 1.17% CBN: 0.15% Grower: Donger Farms Location found: Five Zero Trees Date purchased: 3.14.16 Price: $12.00/g Weight: Over Method of Consumption: Herb Iron and small bong Smell: This version of the Durban lineage is very respectable. This was a smell and an instant almost have to buy. I rarely spend this much a gram but it was a great sample of what the high end of this cannabis flower should be. To me, Durban Poison is a slightly unnatural smell for cannabis. A pungent assault almost exclusively its own. Sweet ammonia hazy lemons with a hint of damp earth after a rain storm. Yup, that unique. Look: Crystal coated, light green and two nice nugs given for my gram. It could use a touch up trim but for how coated the leaf was, I did not bother (rare for me). Taste: There is almost a Lemon Haze profile here. Not many strains I find taste as good smoked as smelled in raw flower form. This Durban may actually have more of that hazy ammonia taste than smell. Eerie and special. Recommendation for medicine: Good daytime, get shit done type cannabis. A good one for opening up in social situations, as long as it is not overdone (which is easy to do at 27%+ THC!). If there was an forced island trip soon, only five strains could come with me, this is quickly climbing my fav list and may go with me for the fun in the sandy sun. Definitely a “relax and enjoy life” type of strain.
