Durban Poison reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Durban Poison.
I had to learn how to handle this one I'm sensitive to Sativa's sometimes the high is to much. Very clear heard high and strong euphoria. But in the end just not my cup of tea It made me anxious. But if you like Sativa's you'll like this.

Definitely a very potent bud. Intense head high, great for a hike or a fishing trip with the guys.

I smoked a pre-roll of this in Oregon and let me just say this.. we were skiing, and I was a beginner.. a couple hits of this and I felt more comfy in my skiis, and I think it helped me focus, yet relax, and by the end of the day I was going down some intermediate trails! Everything was so smooth. We skied all day and it was a spiritual experience! I felt as if the tall trees were my ancestors and family and I was comforted. One of the best days of my life.
Well what can I say? Durban Poison, for me, was so clear, up lifting and I could stop smiling. Perfect if you're in the woods or out with your mates exploring!! Gaming is amazing too after a bong or two, especially Skyrim.
Another favorite of mine second to cinex. I suffer from depression, fatigue, ADHD and anxiety and Durban helps it all. Plus it being the highest in TCHV that I can find in Portland means no munchies. It curbs my appetite and makes it easy for me to work. Work meaning mundane crap, or creative projects. 5 stars for this god send. When they talk about cannabis being a medicine this is what they mean! It helps with pain and other stuff as well but the things I found most helpful are what I named above. I stopped smoking for 10+ years so this and cinex have become my ADHD and depressions best friend. If I'm in a bad mood or feeling angry I smoke some of this from my pen and it gives me a perfect head change without bogging me down. My mind stays clear yet the switches in my brain that control my anger, sadness, or frustration get turned off with this strain and makes my day better. I hope it helps you too, it's a wonderful well rounded strain!
Durban Poison has great energizing and uplifting effects, though they can be a bit heavy feeling and not focus oriented, in my case. I dig that feeling so no points knocked off there.
My only complaint is that it's a very harsh smoke and makes me cough in addition to throat soreness. I don't get it nearly as badly with other strains so I would have to be really in the mood for the overall feeling of the high to buy again.
I didn't realize Durban Poison had a high CBD variety until I came across Durban Poison Shatter by Solstice 38.4% THC 38.9% CBD - 92.3% Total Cannabinoids. I dab a half gram of concentrate every night for insomnia and smoke a gram of flower every day, so my tolerance is kind of high, but a 50mg dab of Durban Poison rocked my world so hard I had to sit down. This is hands down one of the best daytime meds I've ever come across. It comes on quick with a rushing sense of calm that gently grows into cerebral stimulation. I tend to avoid sativas because Haze-y strains mess with my anxiety and Diesel-y strains mess with my bipolar. Durban Poison, however, is clear headed and focused while melting my anxiety into oblivion.
Calming, Pain reliever. less spasms
