Neither good nor bad, but not a favorite. I didn't much like the taste, and unlike for some other reviewers, this just made me feel relaxed and then sleepy rather than energized. Had no effect on mild shoulder pain.

Wow this was incredible!! I read someone on here saying this was a good strain for ADD, and that it was. I got so happy and productive with this one. I cleaned my whole room and did a lot more than I would if I had just had coffee or something. Had no anxiety at all. It cleared my mind and enabled me to do the tasks I had to get done. I had been putting off some of this stuff for months and once I smoked this, I just did it all. Smoking this was also very smooth on the throat. Got this at insa Easthampton. I am so happy

I really enjoy Flo. Being a Sativa-head, I find myself naturally inclined to select Sativa, or Sativa-dominant, strains. I ended up picking Flo by accident since the dispensary was out of Bruce Banner, my original selection. Flo didn't let me down. In flower form, this strain smells like candy. It's the sweetest smelling strain I've come across - so sweet, you'd think the trichomes were actually grannules of sugar. They are not - I can assure you of that. The smoke is very smooth, very easy, and never really made me cough a whole lot. It tasted different than it smelled - it actually tasted just like a diesel when I smoked it. And, in fact - it FELT like a diesel when I smoked it. Even better. From the perspective of the high, this strain provides a good, head-heavy high with nice body effects to balance it all out. It's an energetic strain, but this is a fantastic Sativa for an anxiety patient, as I never once felt any sort of anxiety on this bud. It won't completely waste you - but you'll feel really darn great when you smoke this. I'd like to note, as well: my creativity while I smoke this strain is off the charts. This is going to become my go-to whenever I want to write a song. Highly recommended.

Purchased this strain at a great dispensary called NETA in north Hampton Ma. It’s a great strain. Uplifting great Cerebral feeling.

I've been smoking this strain for years but never had it in concentrate form until this month. From Cresco, this budder is excellent. First thing I noticed was a menthol-ish flavor that freshens up the back of your throat, other than that same great flavors and effects I normally get from flo flower, went through first gram in 3 days so had to get another one. Same batch. Great stuff

If you are an aspiring author, artist of any kind or a creative: THIS IS YOUR STRAIN for creativity!! I am extremely sensitive to weed and most strains make me pass out before I come down. Flo has me feeling awake and relaxed until the high wears off on its own, a first for me. My creativity is off the charts,as is my focus and my mood. Absolute best daytime creative strain. Pain management is wonderful too, as I suffer from CFS (which comes with cognitive issues, this clears the fog). Does wonders but I wouldn’t smoke it if I was trying to sleep.

I found the description about a "light" and "clear" feeling to be very accurate, but it's still a great mixture of a strong head high and an extremely subtle body high. I personally enjoyed this strain for morning use.
